Avengers Assemble (2012)

My 5 year old grandson loved it, and watched it several times . I had not expected that , as I had doubts about him watching a 12 rating . Mum said it was ok ,as long as he didn't seem frightened . (this is a child who refuses to watch Brave again , did not like Mum turning into a bear) His 7 year old sister was totaly unimpressed. For myself very few films have enough story line , this one included, but I was very impressed by the quaility of the alien vessels etc ,some of the best I have ever seen. Christina

I like these fun action films. Enjoyed Thor, loved Serenity. However, I would gladly shave 30 or 60 minutes of pointless action and visual scenes from this film. Having said that. it's well acted with beautiful special effects and some great gags. But I won't be holding my breath for the sequel.
