Not a patch on the original, most horror remakes lately havent been a patch on the original and this one is no exception.Very, very poor film. My advice to you would be rent something else because this is a major let down.

Although it has been years since I've seen the original, I remember it as being much better than this remake. I got so bored by this film that I didn't even bother watching it through to the end.
