Does it matter where I live?
Our service is only available in the republic of Ireland, we use "An Post" and deliver to all 26 counties.
What is a rental queue?
Your rental queue is a list of films that you would like to see and/or games you would like to play. Place as many films/games in your rental queue and position them in the priority you would like to see them. All films/games in a priority group are then sorted alphabetically and are selected as such. We will send out your first available choice in stock.
How do I change my rental queue?
You can log on at any time to add new movies/games to your list or change the order of preference of you movies/games.
How many movies/games can I have in my queue?
Your rental queue is unlimited but we strongly suggest that you keep at least 15 titles so as to guarantee a steady flow of movies/games.

PLEASE KEEP A MINIMUM OF 10 TITLES IN YOUR RENTAL QUEUE AT ALL TIMES!

How much does it cost to join screenclick?
The cost is dependent on your movie/game package.

Lite @ €7.99 p/m (Limited to 2 DVDs a month) - This package caters for lite users
Bronze @ €12.99 p/m (1 DVDs at any one time) unlimited
Silver @ €17.99 p/m (2 DVDs at any one time) unlimited
Gold @ €24.99 p/m (3 DVDs at any one time) unlimited
Movie & Game Rental (DVD, Blu-ray, Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii)
Lite @ €9.99 p/m (Limited to 2 DVD/Games a month) - This package caters for lite users

What are the payment methods?
We currently only accept Visa, Mastercard or Laser Card
Is there a minimum joining period?
No, Your first payment is for your first months credit. You can cancel at any time
Are my Credit Card and personal details secure?
All credit card payments are made via Realex. They are Ireland's leader in providing secure credit card transactions online
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription up to 5 working days before your expiry date but you must have completed your cancellation as per the terms and conditions prior to your expiry date to prevent being billed a further months subscription.
To cancel you must log in, go to "My Account" then follow the instructions on screen in the "Account Details" section.

Renting Movies
How many movies/games can I rent?
There is no limit. As soon as we receive your returned DVD/Game we send you out the next available DVD/Game from your rental queue. On joining our silver service 2 DVD/Games are sent to you. These DVD/Games can be returned together or seperately and 2 replacement DVD/Games should be dispatched within 48hrs. If you return a minimum of 2 DVD/Games per week you should receive a minimum of 8 DVD/Games per month
How long can I keep them?
There are no late fees (usually €5+ per night from a video shop) - you can keep the DVD/Games as long as you like once your account is funded - so it's not a problem if you forget to return them.
How do I receive my Movies?
All DVD/Games are sent by using An Post's standard post
How do I return the movies?
You return the DVD/Games in the prepaid envelope that is enclosed with your movie/game, we pay all the postage
How long does it take to get my DVDs?
75% of post sent in Ireland reaches its destination within 24 hours with the remainder taking no longer than 2 days. Upon receiving DVD/Games we will dispatch your next movies immediately!!! If you return a minimum of 2 DVD/Games per week you should receive a minimum of 8 DVD/Games per month
What are the advantages of renting DVD/Games from screenclick.com?
- We stock a range of quality movies/games, the like of which is not available from the major stores - manga, arthouse, foreign etc.

Problems
What happens if I don't receive my DVD/Game?
If a DVD/Game gets delayed in the post simply notify us by email 4 working days after dispatch and we will send a replacement immediately if in stock. If not we will send the highest available film/game from you're list. Refunds will be offered at management's discretion. We reserve the right to terminate an account if there seems to be a problem with DVD/Games getting delayed as this should very rarely happen
What happens if I lose the prepaid envelope?
If you would like to return a DVD/Game but have lost the envelope you can send it on to us in any envelope, free of charge (no stamp required). Just send it to:

What do I do if a DVD/Game is unplayable?
We offer telephone and email support from 9am to 7pm (mon-thur) and 9am to 5pm on fridays. If a DVD/Game is unplayable, email us ASAP and a replacement will be sent immediately if in stock. If not we will send the highest available choice from you're list. Then return the damaged disc in it's packaging
What do I do if I forget my password?
Simply click on "forgot password?" and send us your email address. We will then forward you're a/c details to your email address immediately
Why are films/games not sent in the order on my rental queue?
We try to send your high priority discs first and these will be selected in alphabetical order. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that a high priority disc will be sent as this depends on availability of the DVD/Games. We send will the next available film/game from your rental queue
